This Comb Jelly was pretty cool. It's refracting a light on the side of the tank.

The Last photo my D70s took before it died!!!
My shutter died today, dreaded ERR and mirror lockup / faliure to shoot when you press the shutter release...
This was roughly the 4th time I've had the error (ERR) and the most recent two times were both this weekend.
Should be a few weeks until I get it back.

African Leopard - Maryland Zoo Opening Day 03/04/2006
Opening day was pretty crazy at the Maryland Zoo! It was free to get in, and a lot of people took advantage of it, as did I.
The African Leopard(s) was pretty awesome. Probably my favorite animal at the Zoo.
The Maryland Zoo is a bit farther from my home than the National Zoo, but I plan to go back, and will likely join up so I can save a little, and not feel like should go to the National Zoo instead since I'm already a member there...
